Enrichment
At Goldthorpe Primary Academy, we offer a vast range of after school activities aligned to the character education offer whilst fostering children’s interest. These are updated each half term to immerse children into wider learning opportunities that can then be harnessed into entering local competitions, fixtures, tournaments and beyond to promote children’s personal development.

Tournaments and Fixtures
Totty Cup
The boys’ football team attended the Totty Cup football fixture at Dearne and District in September; they represented our school fantastically and showed excellent spirit as well as skill. They qualified to play in the Barlow Salmons Cup at the end of October and went on to play many games, impressing us all!
The girls’ football team also played in the Totty Cup this year and were the first team from Goldthorpe to compete in over ten years!
